The engine room

Six keyframes, Flux 2 Pro, in scroll order (rev 2 — de-texted). Each still is the consistency anchor a Seedance clip will animate. No video is generated until every frame here is signed off. Copy shown is the reconciled overlay set from Stage 1.

Brand The Deliverators (house) Palette near-black stage · bronze signal #8c6240 Spend to here $0.58 / $13 (two keyframe rolls) Composite-safe no faces · no real names/data · no licence numbers

Rev 2 finding (checks back on track): the de-text pass removed the garbled words that were baked onto verdict bands, cards and signage in rev 1 — those surfaces are now clean. Two surfaces stay stubborn: round analog gauge faces still carry faint dial numerals, and scene 6's screen baked a garbled dashboard UI. Scene 3 has a faint pseudo-logo watermark. Flux insists on numbering dials and labelling screens; the reliable fix is a small design change on those surfaces, not more re-roll roulette. Decision pending — see each scene's Watch line.

Scene 1

Two shopfronts

Two shopfronts at dusk, one lit and instrumented, one dark

01 · Two shopfronts

The uninstrumented

call it luck.

ReadsDusk, wet bitumen, warm mist; the lit/instrumented shop beside the dark one. Thesis established. MotionLateral dolly settling on the silent (dark) shopfront. WatchWindow gauges are generic dial markings (composite-safe). Overlay sits over the lit shop; final HTML can bias it toward the dark side.
Scene 2

The descent

Under-floor engine room of conduits carrying bronze signal light

02 · The descent

Under every quiet phone

there is a reason.

An unnamed constraint doesn't announce itself. No alarm, no warning.

ReadsThe signal plumbing: conduits carrying bronze light, some lines glowing, some dark. Sets the "one machine" language. MotionContinuous vertical descent into the conduit field. WatchInstrument family (dark face, white markings, bronze needle) established here and carried through scenes 3-6.
Scene 3

The instruments

Macro of a gauge and verdict strip fitted inline on a bronze-lit conduit

03 · The instruments

Know what is in the line

before you spend.

ReadsMacro along the conduit: gauge seated inline, verdict strip wired across a glass line carrying signal. On-family. MotionMacro glide gauge to verdict strip. WatchRev 2: gauge faces now clean (ticks + needle), verdict strip is a plain glowing bronze bar — garbled "VERRICT" gone. Remaining: a faint pseudo-logo watermark bottom-right (maskable or re-roll). Gloved hands rendered here, which is allowed and carries no face/skin risk.
Scene 4

One lead, traced

A single bright bronze pulse travelling inside a glass line toward a destination panel

04 · One lead, traced

Traced from first click to booked job.

Nothing leaked.

ReadsThe bright pulse inside the glass line, automated brass arm above, destination panel ahead. Sealed joints, nothing escaping. MotionCamera travels with the pulse to the booked-job panel. WatchBackground panel has illegible baked text (dark, minor). Honesty note: "Nothing leaked" describes this one traced lead, never an absolute product promise in page copy.
Scene 5 · HERO

The assembly

Exploded cockpit stack: signal circuit, instrument gauges, verdict band, card

05 · The assembly

Every reading, one screen,

one next move.

ReadsThe exploded cockpit stack, exactly as storyboarded: glowing signal circuit base, instrument layer, a clean "verdict" band, card on top. Strongest frame of the set. MotionPull back and rise; layers separate then close into the assembled dashboard. Hero on full Seedance 2.0; steerability call at the Stage 4 hero gate. WatchRev 2: verdict band now a clean glowing bronze bar, top card blank, circuit layer clean abstract. Remaining: the five gauges still carry faint dial numerals (generic, not words/data). Steerability fallback = hold on the engine room, this frame becomes a static labelled poster.
Scene 6

The operator

Dark control room at night, empty chair, resting dashboard, keys and phone on the desk

06 · The operator

Run on readings,

not vibes.

ReadsCalm control room at night: empty chair, resting dashboard, keys and phone left on the desk, engine-room machinery behind. The machine runs without them. MotionPull back from the resting screen to the empty chair. WatchRev 2: the screen baked a full garbled dashboard UI (nav text, row labels, value chips) plus faint pseudo-text on the flanking gauges — the worst remaining offender. Fix candidate = render the screen at-rest/dark or abstract-only, real dashboard added as HTML at Stage 5.
